It would be good if DLS would be so kind to release a countermonious statement about what the hell they are doing... what ever happened to reporting principal of full disclosure (i.e they have decided not to go ahead with the takeover attempt - or they will increase to a reasonable $)
This whole thing, per the heading of this thread, is a schemozzle
It will be interesting to see sp movements after / if the takeover is removed from the table.... manipulation no longer used
