Yeah, no it doesn't. You can’t complain about the investment strategy because that relates to the administration of the fund as a whole. A case manager will humour you, but eventually the complaint will be excluded.
If you believe the deal is a breach of the investment covenants in the SIS Act you would complain to the Regulator i.e. APRA. If you believe its a breach of trust you would take the trustees to court.
