I think many investors have lot faith in the board and management on the back of Michael Perry remuneration. Yes Covid will have an impact on the speed of roll out, but anyone who knows the tech will appreciate that is has good potential and may well decide to hold for longer term growth. It's just whether they can or want to put up with the shenanigans that are going on in the meantime. That, and management have been selling and appear to be doing a really bad job at the moment re delays in filings, delays in shareholder meetings, etc... It's just such an unprofessional look. The BOD should do its job better, but they have very poor form, so I won't hold my breathe.
