The beta testing agreement says not to publicise details of the beta test, like commenting about how it all feels, since they expect to be making rapid changes and fixing issues that people report during the test.
Beta test is meant to start on Monday next week, which should run for a few weeks. Sounds like early December release to me. Not the best timing, just before people start taking a break for Christmas (only gives people max 2-3 weeks of trading pre-new year), but at least it should be ready in full, to be able to contribute for the full March quarter (which is normally a good quarter).
They'll let Selfweath members pre-register for international, once it's starting to look to be working smoothly in beta, so maybe people will get an invite in late Nov.
They still have to build out the W8-BEN automation process for the wider registrations. For the beta, it's still manual. That seems pretty important - making the sign-up process as easy as possible, to not make people quit half-way through the registration process.
