Biotech threads are always more like this during their "sleeper phases" I have found. Its when they really start moving where you tend to get the more typical/traditional retail investors pouring in chasing rockets - along with that, a lot less substance in forum discussion, a lot more emotion due to their uncertainty.
Always most enjoyable at this point on the discussion front, although more enjoyable at the other end for the stock price
