Don't mind him, he didn't miss out. He just bought TBR instead of NST sometime back. Now TBR is getting squeeeezzzed out of a JV by NST and it is squealing like a piggy in the courts. Either way if he held TBR like I've held NST for the last 5 years he should still be up 100%+ not a bad investment. But with posts like that I doubt he has it in him to be pragmatic in his investments. Not a watch but Rose coloured glasses with a TBR brand...
NST, EVN, SAR etc have been cornerstone in financing my personal moat over the years. I use them as a means to an end. As long as the head honcho performs he/she gets what is owed. If and when they stop performing (not all investments last forever) then I'll be happy to push the big red sell button with my thanks for such a wonderful investment.
