    re: Ann: TZ Signs LOI With Fortune 500 Comput... Brian my understanding of a LOI, is that it means "Hey you've got something we want. Whatever you do, don't go to our main competitor, as we want you to do business with us and nobody else."

    i.e precursor to an order, but with some work to do.
