Not sure if the negative is fair...
Consolidation of shares when you have a huge recapitalization and a new project/direction can be a wonderful and profitable thing...
Sorry for the people who may have lost money in the past but lets hope they can get it back and some with the new NZ gold project that looks pretty interesting.
