Looking back and comparing RAPs progress to successful IT companies, most successful US companies raised very large amounts of Venture Capital. That capital gave them lots of good staff and directorships. Atlassian say they took Venture Capital they did not need only because they could not attract outside directors to the board.
ResApp took the ASX approach. Without the cash, development has been slow, expenditure conservative and lots of errors have been made, which may have been avoidable if they had the right experienced people.
You complain about a potential CR, but it may be the best way forward, raise heaps of cash now and spend it to get the product to market.
