It wouldn't matter if they needed to come from Lima the Pan Pacific highway south of Lima to NAZCA is dual motorway all the way and turn left around NAZCA and start your way in. Whilst building Constansia and traveling for that project between Lima / Arequipa/ Cusco you get to see how good the roads are and Peru has a pretty good internal road system. Also there are mines a plenty so they know how to drill and another point is Peru rank higher on the world scale as far as copper than Australia so they must be doing something correct. Everywhere you turn there is mines and whilst building Constansia Copper for Hudbay in 2014/2015 They the Peruvians had 3 major copper projects on the boil.
Las Bambas, Cerro Verde , Constansia , & 2 brown field extension at existing mines for copper all at the same time. So to think Peru is not in the knowledge about mining is to be stupid as to the worlds second largest copper producer after its Chilean neighbor who is 1st.

Yes that was my point also @allens you'd probably get a drill rig mobilized quicker in Peru than some of our local deposits here.

All comes down to permitting now. ICG just needs the approval and then could be drilling within 2 weeks.
