@MrSpice I think you could be onto something re: the delaying in an attempt to negate the payment of $30M+ in damages. If it come down to it I think RTG/Mabilo would be agree to drop them upon deliverance of the permits, surface rights etc.
They'd recoup that in 3 months of mining anyway.
I don't see the DSO finance being to complex as it's only US$20M and the project NPV and RLT's market cap is more than enough to offer security.
