The only thing I am unsure about is the capital return. I understand the 1c pro rata in-specie distribution of Peregrine shares, it is the 1c cash distribution I am unsure about. Is this 1c returned to the bank accounts of ODY holders or is the 1c given to Peregrine...hence the $3.3m cash that Peregrine will hold pre IPO capital raise. I assume the cash goes to Peregrine.
