A rejection will mean the liquidator will have to take action against the ANZ , the hearing will be expedited as previously indicated,and the outcome would be a win resulting a return similar to what is on offer at present.
The other fact is that claims against the ANZ for M&D will not be extinguished as a result,These actions are believed by a significant number of Opes creditors to have a good chance of success.
