It is ironic, our labor goverments tend to be associated with stock market crash:
1929-1931: James Scullin
1972-1975:Gough Whitlam
1987: Bob Hawke
2007-Now: Kevin Rudd
An alarming comparable is in 1929 when the National-Country Party Coalition was defeated after it tried to impose punitive industrial legislation.
And the latest Labor win is helped by the coalition's punitive industrial legislation too.
I believe history may repeat itself now.
