    So the CR and the white label deal aren't linked.

    That kind of makes me feel there will be quite a discount to the closing price.

    I will take a guess at between 10-12c given the short period of time the SP has been above 10c and the fact that the CN is at 7c.

    My timing may have been good for a change.
