If you look at the rights issue doc at the table on P4, shares on issue...218,863,750.

At the moment Stirling control 43,500,000 (table P15) this leaves 175,363,750 with other shareholders.

When the rights issue is complete there will be 656,591,250 shares on issue, table P4.

If Stirling take up 100% shortfall they will have 481,227,500, table P15

If you take 481,227,500 from 656,591,250 then this leaves 175,363,750 shares with other shareholders.

Conclusion....the amount of shares with other shareholders stays the same as before the rights issue if there are no acceptances.

    Question....what does this mean?????
