M&D is far more complex than what you guys are making out. I suggest that you speak you your lawyers about how M&D works and what is normally used in court cases to rectify the clients who suffer M&D. It is not simple to just apply the M&D as at the 27th March as the M&D occured before that date and each case need to be looked at in its merit.
