You get your franking credits back via a franking credit return or you just lodge a tax return with the dividend amounts shown and you will get the franking credits back.
Of course if the dividends you receive (incl franking credits) take you over $6000 you will start to pay tax and have some low income earners rebate to offset some of the tax depending on how much income you receive.
