I have not read Intrum's Q3 results at https://www.intrum.com/media/9752/iab_q3_20_eng_a.pdf, but scanning part of it suggests things are progressing reasonably well in its PDL business, except for the contributions from one or more JVs that impacted profitability. However, the cash flow was good because investment in PDLs flat-lined, but collections increased, just as happened in the USA for Encore and in Australasia for CCP.
