Issue to shareholders closes on 13 March, able to take up entitlement at $4.50 per share on top of recent institutional issue at $4.50. More shares in company = lower value per share, hence fall in price, will probably go lower particularly if short selling resumes.
I sold down recently at a loss and will probably buy again around $4.00 on a weak day sometime soon.
Board retirements also an issue.
