Speculate all we want, we won't know anything solid until a solid outcome has been determined.
The last ANS announcement was extremely vague, I agree with you. It was very neutral, doesn't mean no progress has been made in the past 3 months.
The facts are that its in the BOD best interests to get the deal done and I am sure they are doing their absolute best to ensure the best outcome for ANS. Ding has a major stake. He would want this to succeed with all he has got!
We must be patient.....
