I dont think a big deal and possibly not related to suspension as trading halt was initially for pending results.
The article is about a court case that Reece lost over issuing of performance shares to past employees , they now have to issue shares - they may appeal .
I feel the case was more about ASX definitions and since this time ASX definitions have tightened
