It's highly likely you've confused two different metrics - 2.2m is active users, the 4m is likely all customers with some form of account/have transacted with them. I'm a holder so would love them to have added 1.8m new users in 35 days, but that simply has not happened - as I said before that would be close to 2x the daily rate of new customers that APT is doing. Holders need to be realistic here.
