Agree GoldBug - I say complicated from the lenders point of view - they would want to be sure that mining will start and not be held up by delaying tactics/some obscure challenge (perhaps straight to the Supreme Court in the US?) -
I really believe that the lender will be doing their homework and when we announce the finance deal this will be a very positive sign.
