    Of course it hasnt been announced......because he's not telling shareholders what the offer was.

    Why are you getting so upset about criticism?. Tell us your thoughts on whats taking so long? Your expected timeframes of price sensitive announcement? If you dont care
    ....dont reply but dont just sit there and shoot AVZ to the moon and while frustrated shareholders vent their anger.
