I think this is a great investment for BPT. They will definately get a couple more wells out of the reseviour with the land package. They will stream line the operations and likely get a great return from the assets. Much cheaper then investing more $$ in a new feild with infustructure costs so with more revenue future projects will be easier to fund to. Great growth strategy.
SENEX is growing the surat field csg they will need the capital and likely don't not the added expenses and oil pricing changes.
