The 4 people named as the team would not come cheap. My guess is no change from US$1.5m based on previous salaries. So the $1m they are raising is about 4 months runway max.
stop. me if I’m wrong here but to buy something at a valuation of US$20m you have to pay something pretty close to that. So for 25% RFN is looking at around A$7m less some sort of reasonable discount. The bankruptcy administrator can sell something ‘valued’ at US$20m for too much less or would be sued by creditors
