My understanding is they're moving from a software sale to a software as a service (Saas) model. So rather than large revenue on an upfront software sale, they're reducing upfront earnings for ongoing revenue moving forward.
As they release more software options and gain more customers, I hope to see the SP rise. I'm a holder hoping for the $2 mark over a medium term hold.
