Annual General Meeting details and resolutions + 4C- Results of Annual General Meeting
- December 2020: Wafer results
- imec extension
- December quarterly
- February-ish 2021: Chips with transistors results
- Moving forward to produce another set of test chips, this time with both transistors and control logic. Ie: the Megabit chip they will use to attract a buyer (if they havent already begun discussions with February chips)
- March quarterly
- July quarter 2021: Acquisition
my target acquisition price is north of 60 cents per share.
