Agreed.
GH flagged his retirement in Feb 2020 & has gradually been selling down his shares this year.
1/ I have no idea why GH would not want to have any further investment in a company he's been so involved with over 30yrs, even though he now remains as a consultant.
2/ As it was an off-market trade of 3.9m shares, I assumed it went to one entity/ person & the Hoopers would be an obvious choice IMO.
I have no further ideas (or information) & will just wait for further news from the company..
