It is definitely news driven, but increased revenue and regular updates should drive the share price higher if they get traction. I think the CEO is doing a reasonable job, but I think he is paid way to much, as there are companies multiples the size of SCL where the CEO gets paid less, but is rewarded for the growth in the business via options etc.
