Yes that may be it, we are starting mining now i guess is worthy of a trading halt. I dont think at an 8 million market cap that investors realise this will be a producing mine in the very near future. Profits will likely exceed our current market cap and mine length will likely be ten plus years. Funding options for the small capex seem to be plenty available from todays preso so no issue there.
