right, so is this the best case scenario for Reffind shareholders?

$20 million valuation for Loyyal (at some undetermined point in the future)

25% owned by Reffind

$5 million value for Reffind’s 25%

$2.6 million current Reffind market cap

$7.6 million market cap including Loyyal stake

Roughly 3x return? with all of the uncertainty and unknowns lack of funding or customers or even when in the future it will be worth that. Not a great best case scenario maximum return in my opinion! If I were a Reffind shareholder Id be quite upset after taking these CR dilutions on the promise of Loyyal to not get more or even 100%. When is the AGM again?
