I think you have it right.
A couple of concerns:
1. The Director obviously knew about this sell down by Myers for him to be the only one to buy the shares at 17c (apart from the buyback shares)at the "same "time. Fair enough (expected) that he knew. Fair that only he benefitted in own name(we all benfit from biuyback)is another issue.
2. The announced buyback was for max $500k, yet by my math $800k was spent. How come...legit???
