I’d agree that sentiment has improved a lot lately, but I’d say prices are yet to turn around... they seemed to have flattened and ...starting... to improve, but if anything like the below happens again, then we will see some SERIOUS action!!!
Wow! Perhaps the demand surge, and inevitable shortfall of supply, that we know is coming (hurry up!) will return some of THAT action!
