Lee notes that the detailed discussions with Virgin are still to occur and assuming ACCC interim clearance is received that will establish the basis for getting around the table to try and negotiate a deal. Explains the lack of concrete ASX announcement to date. The media schedule appears to be important for getting popular support for Alliances’s position.
