They forfeit their interest unless they remedy their default - Sorry outside I dont understand your strategy here unless they pay up now they lose and if they pay up and cant sell down they lose again and have less cash ?
How are these armatures in control of any process - I pray I am wrong of course! They are sitting on a six month expulsion trigger and no deal yet and we cant sell any shares because ASX is not letting the Company trade because they wont make the compliant disclosure - What a joke how can ASIC let this happen!
