Very unhappy with CR and conditions. CEO's link to underwriter makes this an unethical deal in my books. I lost a big chunk of confidence in management. This is not ARL as it seems, and I wonder how much influence Ian really had in this decision. There was no rush to raise on the cheap. As others said, this signals lack of confidence by management into the prospects of tenements to the market.
Focus on one project maybe two is enough for this small explorer. No need to go into a drilling frenzie.
Tight registry was a good defence against hostile TO and shenanigans by big boys.
I will vote NO at GM, holding around 0.5% of company.
