If BON are such a strategic resource we can expect a bidding war with Mosaic? They could pick them up for petty cash.
We all know that isn't going to happen, the only reasons MAK are doing this now is to sure up the BON share price and avoid having to raise money in BON.
If they'd waited 30 days the BON vwap would've been lower (after the market digested the diamond announcement) and they could've got them cheaper.
