Treeman, you are blaming the wrong person. Tony tried his best but once Brasidas accepted the deal it was impossible to stop the momentum. Agree though that there was a deal behind the deal, but not between Tony and Terracom but rather AMED and Terracom. If Tony was in cahoots with Terracom he would have remained CEO of the merged entity.
