ML has sold down and ceased to be a substantial holder again, less than 2 weeks after they announced becoming a substantial holder. But ML only returned about 1.2M shares to Regal, hence probably still holding some millions of shares plus a lot of shares they bought from the market (because ML only net sold about 100K on market between 26/10 to 4/11).
Looks like ML didn't do serious pump and dump this time. But they haven't completely sold down yet.
3 out of the above 4 after (and off) market transactions are as follow: - sold 1.5M on 26/10, - bought 1.5M on 3/11 and - sold 1M on 4/11.
