There is only one direction to point the blame for the "mess that we are in"

That is fairly and squarely at the PGL board.

1.They have played a manipulative game,
2.they have been diliberately misleading,
3.they have mislead voters about what constitutes a valid vote
and to cap it off
4 they are paying, on a fee for service basis, brokers to get affirmative proxies from clients.
