The big plus is that the TMS isn't on federal land. I envision Texas shale plays dying off, and the TMS becoming even more attractive to the industry. I actually think this aspect of Biden's plan plays well into the favour of ATS realising its value. I think this was a bit of a catalyst to why the price popped a little on Thursday afternoon - when the savvy market was starting to see a Biden victory.
