If America purports to lead the technology world, then it will have to do a lot better at vote counting.
The counts in Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania & Arizona have beien draging on for over a day longer than the rest and 4 days is simply too long to wait for the first tally, IMO.
Surely it is possible to code/barcode postal votes to enable initial machine counting . After all this is only the ist count; the official count happens in 3 weeks time when scrutineers & authorities have the opportunity to forensically examine dubiously valid votes and confirm the official count.
