2.) - Precedent already set by the supreme court to return voting issues to the individual state - last week I think.
Would be difficult to override that without appearing political. SC has a massive image problem in that both sides believe they 'owe' Trump - so even if they want to find for fragile Republican evidence they can't. Will need to be real indisputable evidence on a significant scale ( thousands of votes ) for them to override a state ruling.
Trump Jnr having a coffee across the road and seeing an empty envelope he dropped on the floor just wont cut it.
