Thanks jonkey - this is a very good summation of the current situation
It is in the control of the banks that are scared of rolling over debts - even though in a normal case it would be the best policy.
We just have to wait and hope that some one can encourage the banks to get back to doing what they need to do - provide credit for businesses - large and small
Until then just hang on
