Can someone please advise me whether there are any restrictions on the number of shares Andrew Tsang can acquire?
I recall reading somewhere that he was restricted to a 3% accumulation over a six month duration. Surely this can't be a fact, as he has acquired over 3,000 shares since 27th September 2008, and that is greater than an 11% increase in his portfolio.
Are there rules governing how many shares a director can own?
