Yes the Coate Inquiry dealt with the facts around the hotel quarantine..... not with covid management in general. They came to conclusions within the frame given them and it was a sound report. and I don't deny the disastrous mismanagement of the hotel quarantine. Yet the fact of reservoir infection pool remains unaddressed. Its the biggest part of the problem and its a major issue in NSW as well.
