The BOD has offered, imo, no opinion on whether to accept Jiang's application. The fact that his proposals are undeveloped is concerning and suggests to me that this is a half-hearted effort. Before making a decision, I will require considerably more information.

Yer old Mum was very wise to advise to "squint" ... protect your vision from contamination (of falsity) and peer closely into the heart of the matter.

Is Jiang going to buy up shares. How much is he going to invest ? I'd want him to have a sizable share first.
