Either way i suspect they may be trying to get approval from asx for the announcement they want to make. If that is not the case then more likely to be negative after this delay i suspect.

I reckon you are spot on the button - plus getting third unrelated self interested parties to all agree on research study data and interpretations
herding scientists mixed with public servants and asx compliance people must be worse than herding feral cats
